執行元件 SHA 系列

SHA 系列是將薄型·精密控制用減速機Harmonic Drive和超扁平AC伺服電動機融合成一體而形成的AC伺服
執行元件。其整體厚度不到老型號的一半，由于其中空孔的結構，配線、空管甚至是激光束可以
貫穿以達到簡化機械結構設計的目的。多功能的專用驅動器HA-800能夠對SHA系列的動作實施準
確、精密控制。

This series servo actuators are comprised of Harmonic Drive components for precise motion control and superflat
AC servo motors. The body width is less than half of old models and has a large through hole in the center of the
shaft through which electric cables,air pipe, and even laser beam can be passed through this hole to simplify the entire
structure of the machine and system. Multifunctional HA-800 are dedicated servo driver for the SHA series actuators to
control its position and speed.
